Your First Appointment

  •  Call or book an appointment online to schedule an initial acupuncture consult.

  • Once your initial consult is scheduled you will receive access to the patient portal and new patient intake forms.

  • Please complete out all forms within 24 hours of your appointment, so we may review your previous medical history and health goals. All forms are paperless, meaning you can complete them online on our secure platform.

  • Please bring any relevant paperwork including medication list, MRI report, or blood work during your first appointment. 

  • During your initial consultation, we will develop a tailored treatment plan and then schedule your first acupuncture treatment. If time allows, you may be treated the same day.

  • Parking is conveniently located around the corner at Lyon Place Garage. We are located on the 4th Floor.

Payment

We accept debit, credit, CareCredit, FSA, or HSA plans as payment. 

Treatment Plans

Custom treatment plans are available after your initial consult. Save up to 30% on treatment plan packages.

Cancellation Policy

The clinic maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy. All patients will be required to have a credit card on file.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so each patient receives one free cancellation per year (for COVID, work emergency, etc.). After that, late cancellations will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide the best care for everyone.

Superbills

We provide easy forms for insurance reimbursement, so patients can take advantage of their out of network benefits. We can also fill out any documents required for HSA/FSA purchases. Signature Acupuncture Studio does not accept no-fault, or worker’s compensation cases at this time. We do accept patients for the treatment of Pain Management, Women’s Health, Neuropathy, Autoimmune Conditions, and more.
